SIZE MATTERS

From the development team here at H.E.A.T., and we cannot stress this enough, the importance of the proper sizing and fit of your H.E.A.T. gear.

One-Layer is engineered to be a form-fitted heating system, when worn correctly, will ensure optimum performance. Your garment must fit snug to the body, with the pads resting against the skin. The pads are not designed to heat the air between the garment and the body. A loose garment will require higher heat levels to maintain comfortable core body temperatures.

MEASUREMENT TIPS:

DO NOT USE YOUR PANT SIZE AS YOUR WAIST MEASUREMENT.

Use a cloth (seamstress) tape-measure directly against the skin at the specified locations in the diagram below.

The chest (A) measurement is roughly an inch down from the armpit.

The waist (B) measurement is below the stomach at the belt or underwear line.

If you are an athletic build with broad shoulders and are at the top of the sizing range, we recommend you choose the next size up.

  • Example: If your chest measurement is 43 1/2 with athletic build, we recommend stepping up to the 44”- 47”.

Round up to the nearest whole number, when the measurement is a ½ or greater.

  • Example: 33 3/8 should round down to 33; 33 1/2 can round up to 34.
