FAQ/DISCLAIMERS

ARE THE GARMENT COMPONENTS SOLD SEPARATELY?

No. The H.E.A.T. ONE-LAYER is more than a combination of garments; it’s a system, it’s equipment, it’s science. The H.E.A.T. ONE-LAYER is a full-body heated system. All the arterial heating zones must be targeted to achieve thermal equilibrium. Therefore, we do not sell the top and bottom as separate pieces. (You will thank us later.)

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?

Included in your order is the base layer top, the base layer bottom, 4 batteries, 2 chargers, and the kidney belt.

How do I know what size to order?

See the sizing page for proper body measurement and sizing. This is a compression garment and meant to fit snugly on the user. The H.E.A.T. ONE-LAYER achieves best results when the pads are in close contact with the body.

Sizing Instructions

How do I size my over layers and additional outerwear

When choosing outwear, we recommend selecting a loose fitting garment, or one with stretch properties. Range of motion is the most dramatic at the hip and thigh area, therefore the difference in fit will impact your outwear pant fit the greatest.

The H.E.A.T. ONE-LAYER suit with batteries in place will increase your dimensions by the following.

RIBCAGE +1.5"
HIPS +1.5"
THIGH +1"

To ensure that your outerwear will fit properly over your H.E.A.T. ONE-LAYER suit, we recommend trying your outerwear on over your H.E.A.T. ONE-LAYER suit with the batteries inserted into the battery pockets prior to use.

Is it machine WASHABLE AND DRYABLE?

Yes, our gear is machine washable and dryable. Please refer to garment care instructions before washing and drying your garments.

  • Medium setting: 6 hours
  • High setting: 4 hours
